A:Yes! All  products are bought directly from the manufacturer or an authorised distributor.

 

Q: How does my shopping with Valizea have an positive social impact?

A: The Amazon rainforest, often called the lungs of the Earth, plays a vital role in regulating the global climate. Yet, deforestation continues at an alarming rate. Valizea is proud to actively contribute to the solution through our Amazon Reforestation Project (ARI). For every box of rolling papers sold, a portion is dedicated to planting and protecting native tree species in deforested areas of the Amazon basin. Beyond environmental action, we believe in creating a more just and compassionate world. Each year, 5% of Valizea's annual profit is donated to carefully chosen social organizations that are making a difference on the ground.

 

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

A: If your order ist placed between Monday and Friday it will be shipped on the next day. If you place your order on a weekend or Holiday, your order will be shipped the next business day. As soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse,you will receive your Tracking Code to track down your delivery. The time of delivery varies between 2 and 25 Businees days,depending on the orders destiantion.
